A theater built
for the film.
A real home theater is an acoustic and structural build, not a big TV in a dark room. Sound isolation, wall treatment, riser geometry, and light control all get engineered together so the picture and the sound land the way the filmmaker intended.
The Difference
Built right, from the studs out.
Sound, contained and tuned
Isolation so the movie stays in the room and the house stays quiet, plus acoustic treatment tuned to the space so dialogue is clear and the low end hits without booming.
Screen, projection, and AV
Projector and screen sized and placed for your throw distance and seating, with the full AV stack integrated and hidden. One remote, or one app, and the room does the rest.
Seating and light control
Tiered risers so every seat sees the screen, seating built for a full feature, and lighting zoned for previews, the film, and finding the door, all without touching the picture.
Asked Often
Answered plainly.
What makes a real home theater different from a media room?
A media room is a comfortable space with a big screen. A dedicated theater adds sound isolation, acoustic treatment, tiered seating, and full light control engineered together. We build either one; the site walk helps you decide which fits your home and budget.
Can you soundproof a home theater?
Yes. True isolation, keeping sound in the room and out of the rest of the house, is designed into the walls, ceiling, and door assembly during construction. It is much harder to add later, which is why we plan it from the start.
Do you handle the AV and electronics too?
We build the room and coordinate the AV integration so projection, sound, seating, and lighting all work as one system. You get a finished theater, not a construction shell and a pile of equipment boxes.
