A completed lakefront retro renovation on Lake Austin. Bold mid-century color, themed bedrooms, a yellow-and-magenta great room with diner-bar living, and a glass-railed lakeside deck. Built as a one-of-one Lake Austin escape that leans hard into its retro identity.

A 3,800 sq ft Barton Creek transformation in progress. Taken down to the studs and rebuilt with steel structural reinforcement, vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, and a dark-clad cantilever addition that opens to the hill country. Active build photos pending update.
