About This Project
The project that started it all. A 4,400 sq ft modern hill country build completed ahead of schedule and within budget during a challenging market. Indoor/outdoor living designed to bring warmth to the hill country landscape.
The Build Story
Every company has a first swing. Ours was 4,400 square feet of modern hill country design in Liberty Hill, started in a market where lumber prices changed weekly and every builder in Texas was quoting long and delivering late.
We made two promises on this build: the schedule was real and the budget was real. Keeping them meant value engineering with a scalpel instead of an axe, protecting the indoor-outdoor living design and the finish level while finding the savings in places the family would never feel.
The house delivered ahead of schedule and within budget, and the way we worked on it became the way we work on everything: honest numbers up front, weekly walkthroughs, and no surprises at the end. We named it Legacy for a reason.
